Important Information for New Clients
Please be advised, there is currently a national mental health crisis and the doctors at Integrative Therapeutic Solutions are diligently triaging care for all new patient requests. Many individuals are finding extended wait times to see a psychologist using their insurance or by privately paying, this is due to a substantial increase in demand.
The majority of our clients are private pay. We provide all patients with a detailed monthly statement, including the required medical coding/diagnostics, which they submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many of our clients are successful in receiving reimbursement from their carrier. Please call your insurance company to understand how your out-of-network benefits work.
For 17 years Integrative Therapeutic Solutions has offered a Scholarship Foundation for individuals and families that find themselves in financial hardship. If you are in need, please ask our team about this program.
Integrative Therapeutic Solutions does not accept Medicaid or Medicare and no longer accepts Aetna. Please call your carrier for in-network referrals. We currently have an 8–10-month waitlist BCBS/Anthem.
